"Is that so?" Xu Huo smiled. "So where you come from, it's customary to poison your teammates? Or people you've just met?"

"Go ahead." Xu Huo gestured for her to pick them up herself.
He Xiaoxiao tentatively rose. The moment she realized she could leave the chair, she darted toward the nearest prop cat, picked up the rubber pieces torn in half, pressed them together, and clutched them in both hands.
She stood there for only a second before hurrying back and sitting down again.
Holding a fake cat seemed to calm her a little. Her expression relaxed, and she continued, "Black Card 14 really is a draw card. I didn't lie about White Card 19, either. Its effect isn't that you get lost easily. It's that the maze walls move on their own within a five-hundred-meter radius."
