Although there was limited room to move around inside the Castle, they had been invited. Even if they "got lost" in the Castle, it probably wouldn't be a big problem. But having this Maid follow them around was another matter.

"Are we allowed to go elsewhere?" Yan Jiayu asked. "Didn't the housekeeper say we could only walk around near the Small Building?"

Maidservants often passed by in pairs, chatting and laughing. When they saw one another, they would call out a greeting from a distance or exchange a few words. Every face wore a contented, warm smile.
The Castle was truly enormous. At its center stood the main keep, a round building made up of six connected towers, with three wings on either side. The entire structure looked like a giant bracket with a fairly gentle curve.
In front of the main building were several artificial lakes. Behind it, across a garden, stood several detached Small Buildings, and beyond those lay a rose garden.
