Background / History

Yan Jiayu trained in a monastic order before entering the game. Her master later judged that her worldly ties had not been severed and made her leave the order; she nonetheless continues to consider her connection to Buddhism important. She came down the mountain shortly before becoming a player and initially had little money, sharing her own food with an elderly stranger despite being poor herself. 5 77 821
