Some things could only be carried around if they were put in the Storage Compartment, and Storage Compartments were always too small, never too big. Take Xu Huo, for example. Even if he got that chest just now, he could only leave it with Yan Jiayu.
So players inevitably needed to find a safe house to store these things.
The beautiful female player said the map was useless. It was probably just a diagram showing where the two B-class players stored their belongings. They had used a transportation map as a model so that even if the map got lost, it wouldn't give anything away. It wasn't worth the effort to look for the places, especially since players carried most of their good stuff with them anyway.

It gradually grew dark. The light was dim, and the fog was thick; even the buildings across First Street looked blurry. Some players had gone to sleep in the afternoon and still hadn't woken up. The others had stayed awake until nightfall, and most were getting sleepy.
They had agreed beforehand that half the group would sleep while the other half kept watch each night, so there was no bickering over rest. Before going to sleep, most players used their shelter items, Defense Artifacts, and the like, except for those who had nothing suitable to protect themselves with. Ordinary Defense Artifacts didn't last very long, though, so they were mostly just for peace of mind.
As more and more people fell asleep, those still awake—all except for a few
