Xu Huo was momentarily stunned by the realization that time could vary in strength. The state of Time Power couldn't be changed, so it couldn't be strengthened by adjusting the density of its rays the way Space Power could. Besides, time flowed at the same rate throughout a given space. Time Rays were merely a medium for perception and had little significance in themselves. What's more, even though he had seen interference from the Time Power of another district in Carmen Field's records, he still couldn't sense the difference between the two kinds of time...
But inside this special prop, the difference in Time Power was plain before his eyes.
Could this be the gap in understanding Huahan Werner had been talking about?
Time Power and Space Power were indeed fundamentally different, so the experience he'd gained from Spatial Evolution didn't apply to Temporal Evolution. The Time Rays inside the special prop were merely his personal understanding of Time Power; they didn't mean that actual Time Rays existed inside it. So was this change in Time Power a distinction visible only after time itself had been magnified a hundred or even a thousand times, or was it, as Huahan Werner had said, the difference in strength between rain and running water when Time Power from another district was introduced?
But even if the amount of Time Power introduced from another space varied, there should still be two kinds of Time Power in the same courtyard. Yet he couldn't sense that. Was his evolution insufficient, was it a limitation of the special prop, or was his understanding mistaken?
Xu Huo's thoughts raced, and he gradually came to a stop in one of the courtyards.
After an unknown length of time, time in the courtyard seemed to begin flowing. A hazy shadow
