The two Players before him were quite optimistic. They firmly believed the game couldn't be completely without a way out; the Players just hadn't found it yet.
"The idea of Time Slices is pretty interesting," Xu Huo said. "You wouldn't happen to be a Time-based Super Evolver, would you?"
"I'm afraid not." The long-haired Player waved a hand. "I've only heard rumors. I don't know the first thing about Temporal Evolution."
"We're both Space-based Super Evolvers," the Player on the left said bluntly.
"This game seems to have a soft spot for Super Evolvers," the long-haired Player joked. "Maybe it was made just for them, while those who haven't undergone a second Evolution are just extras."
"The game's that kind?" Xu Huo raised an eyebrow. "It's more likely to be setting traps for Players."
"You're looking at it too narrowly," the long-haired Player said. "The game itself isn't good or evil. Whether it's the initial screening or the Evolution Potions, nine times out of ten, those are land mines planted for Players by the people who created the game. What's that got to do with the game itself?"
Xu Huo was silent for a second. "So do you think this one-third game was set here by a Dimension Rift, or did it come into existence naturally?"
