Finally, they took Xu Huo along to handle the coordination in person.
To give them credit, they were quite efficient, and the different departments worked together smoothly. There was no deliberate stalling or red tape at every level, so they soon found out what the painted woman and the other woman had done next.
The other woman was less a con artist than a
