The music was no longer playing. Xu Huo and Yan Jiayu had walked halfway around the Fourth Floor, but there were simply too many rooms, and they didn't have time to inspect them carefully.

"Are you lucky?" Xu Huo asked Yan Jiayu. "Otherwise, why don't you pick a room at random and open it?"

Yan Jiayu looked a little troubled. "Sometimes I feel like I'm pretty lucky, but other times, I feel like I'm really unlucky."

Her good luck showed in how she often ended up in all sorts of interesting Random Instances and always made it out alive. Her bad luck was that she could still wind up in a Super Dungeon.

"I've never had much luck," Xu Huo said. "I tend to open the door to trouble."

Yan Jiayu nodded. "I thought something was a little off about you. I'll do it instead."

"Call the Roll, and whoever gets picked is the one..." She used the simplest method to choose a room, then opened the door under Xu Huo's protection.

Beyond the door was a Study Room. It was empty, with no suspicious Living Props. The already-burning fireplace warmed the air, making it easy to relax at once.

Xu Huo and Yan Jiayu both froze in the doorway, then immediately backed away and shut the door.

"We can't mess with that. This Castle really is full of traps..." Before she could finish, the floor vanished beneath them.

They fell for a good half a minute before landing. The surroundings looked no different from the Third Floor, but both Xu Huo and Yan Jiayu knew this wasn't the Third Floor they had just walked through.

At either end of the corridor, Mirror Spaces appeared. Their reflections were repeated again and again across the mirrors, making the corridor seem endless.
