The next possession belonged to the Thunder.
C.C. continued running the Pick-and-Roll with the ball. After driving, he gathered it and took his steps, faking a pass before going up himself to fool Adams and finish.
Two points.
Then it was the Knicks' turn.
Hart held the ball at the top of the key and called Adams over for a Pick-and-Roll, then moved to the right before handing it off to Chen Xi.
As Chen Xi took the ball, he curled around Hart's screen and rose for a Three-Point Shot, shooting over Bane's defense.
Unfortunately, it missed.
The ball bounced off the rim.
But they got the offensive rebound!
With his excellent nose for rebounds and outstanding ability to establish position, Adams actually beat Miro on this possession, despite Miro's equally impressive rebounding ability and superior position, to grab a precious offensive board.
Aquaman quickly kicked the ball back outside.
Paul George caught it and used his newly heightened three-point threat to sell a Shot Fake, then put the ball on the floor and drove into the mid-range before passing on the move to Strus in the weak-side corner.
Strus caught the ball and launched a Three-Point Shot.
Once again, the ball dropped cleanly through.
The gap was back down to two.
With Chen Xi missing his three-pointer, his teammates had stepped up together to salvage the possession and claw back some of the deficit.
That was a fairly rare sight~~
The Thunder Team went back on offense.
C.C. brought the ball across half court, using his body to keep Strus pinned as he surveyed the defense. Then he passed to Grimes, who had come down to receive it, and signaled the play to his teammates.
Grimes moved up with the ball, then handed it back to Cunningham.
