Fang Mo defied the Nine Heavens Inspectors and severed their Divine Edict with the God Slaying Saber, strengthening the Prison Suppressor Golden Edict. As three Dharma Aspect Peak figures emerged from the sky, he took his seat at the Heavenly Prison and ordered them to line up.

• The Nine Heavens Inspectors accused Fang Mo of disrupting Heavenly Law and ordered him to bind himself and ascend for judgment.
• Zhao Heng begged the immortals to kill Fang Mo, offering the Prison Suppressor capital, its people, and its national fortune in exchange for restoration to the throne.
• The Divine Edict descended, but Fang Mo walked toward it and cut through its Heavenly Law characters with the God Slaying Saber.
• Fang Mo split the Divine Edict in two, and the Prison Suppressor Golden Edict swallowed its fragments as the eye in the sky cried out in pain.
• Three figures emerged from the rift, and Fang Mo sat on the Throne woven from Prison Suppressor Chains and told them to line up.

Fang Mo confronted three Nine Heavens Inspector Envoys who descended on the Prison Suppressor Capital and attacked its people. After the Demon Embryo devoured their heavenly punishment, Fang Mo opened its Prison Suppressor Inner Gate and struck the armored envoy, beginning his fight with the inspectors.

• The three Inspector Envoys accused Fang Mo of crimes, while the female envoy named Zhao Yan as the Prison Suppressor Divine Dynasty’s Human Realm Seal and confirmed Zhao Heng had been erased from Great Qian’s National Fortune Register.
• The armored Inspector Envoy attacked the city with the Heavenly Punishment Axe, and Li Mingyue blocked its shadow before Nian Nu'er helped cleanse her wounds.
• The Demon Embryo resisted the axe’s heavenly punishment, devoured its law patterns, and tore apart the axe shadow.
• The middle Inspector Envoy enveloped the capital in divine pressure and ordered the envoys to seize Zhao Yan, but Fang Mo shattered the female envoy’s attack and rose from the Throne.
• Fang Mo opened the Prison Suppressor Inner Gate within the Demon Embryo, whose chains bound the armored envoy’s halo, then struck the envoy’s Heavenly Punishment Axe with the God Slaying Saber.

Fang Mo used Spiritual Terrace Burial Cosmos to strip the Inspector Envoys of their seals and authority, defeating the Nine Heavens’ attack on Prison Suppressor Capital. He had Iron Bull drag the powerless envoys into Block C, Room Shen prison, where he planned to question them.

• Fang Mo and the Demon Embryo broke down the Armored Inspector Envoy’s heavenly punishment, while Nian Nu'er and Fang Mo defeated the scroll-bearing female envoy’s Jade Register.
• Fang Mo opened Spiritual Terrace Burial Cosmos and absorbed the Armored Inspector Envoy’s heavenly punishment, then ripped the Heavenly Punishment Seal from his forehead.
• Iron Bull seized the fallen Armored Inspector Envoy and dragged him toward the Heavenly Prison as the other two envoys tried to retreat to the Nine Heavens.
• Fang Mo used Spiritual Terrace Burial Cosmos to strip the female envoy’s Inspector Seal and then pulled the central Inspector Envoy’s False Heaven Sovereign Seal from his forehead.
• Iron Bull gathered all three powerless envoys and dragged them into the Heavenly Prison, while Fang Mo followed and told Old Yan not to kill them all at once.

Fang Mo interrogated three Inspector Envoys and learned that the Nine Heavens and Ten Earths were a False Heaven built from stolen Prison Suppressor authority. A remnant page named Wang Youan as the first traitor, but its message pointed toward Guixu as a familiar voice from the prison denied owing False Heaven anything.

• Fang Mo used the Record of Punishing Crimes to search the Inspector Seals and saw the False Heaven built atop dismantled Prison Suppressor chains and relics.
• The Scroll-Holding Female Envoy revealed that False Heaven was created by the Twelve Rebel Factions and former prisoners, and that the Demon Suppression Division had once been the Prison Suppressor Outer Patrol Division.
• Fang Mo broke the middle Inspector Envoy's jade seal and found a remnant page naming Wang Youan as the first traitor.
• Fang Mo noticed a bloodstain linking the page to the Heavenly Prison and Guixu, then ordered the Inspector Envoys dragged into the Oil Pot.
• Fang Mo followed the page's message, “Guixu Has No Gate, Old Friend Guards the Lamp,” as a familiar voice from Block C, Room Shen denied being indebted to False Heaven.

Fang Mo learned that Wang Youan had been undercover in False Heaven and uncovered its plan to attack the Northern Border, sever the Three Seas’ anchors, and destroy the Prison Suppressor Capital. He ordered the creation of the Heavenly Stairway and established the Tower-Building Bureau to gather resources, leaving the tower’s construction set to begin in the ruins of the Imperial City.

• Wang Youan used Fang Dashan’s Black Iron Token to prove he had not betrayed Prison Suppressor and warned Fang Mo of False Heaven’s plans.
• Fang Mo ordered Li Mingyue to gather the world’s resources and announced that the Inspector Seals would form the bones of the Heavenly Stairway.
• Fang Mo assigned Li Mingyue to oversee resources, Old Yan to oversee prison punishments, Mo Qianshan to investigate corrupt accounts, Iron Bull to guard the Ancestral Temple ruins, and Nian Nu'er to investigate False Heaven.

Fang Mo forced Old Yan to absorb God King marrow, advancing him to Half-Step Divine Treasure with Undying Skin. When the False Heavens unleashed Divine Fire meteorites on the Prison Suppressor Capital, Fang Mo shielded the city and hurled one back into the rift.

• Fang Mo used Prison Suppressor Law to destroy the God King's will in the marrow and force its power into Old Yan.
• Old Yan's body transformed with Undying Skin, and Fang Mo told him he had reached Half-Step Divine Treasure.
• Divine Fire meteorites poured through the rift toward the Prison Suppressor Capital, sending the city's residents into a panic.
• Fang Mo activated his Pseudo-Immovable Wisdom King Body and raised a protective screen over the capital, stopping the meteorites.
• Fang Mo caught a meteorite and hurled it back into the rift.

Fang Mo used the power of Prison Suppressor Capital to repel False Heaven’s Dimensional Reduction Strike, then built a Heaven-Piercing Tower from the city’s dragon vein and gathered resources. He began climbing into the sky-rift to confront False Heaven, while Nian Nu'er, Old Yan, Iron Bull, and Li Mingyue prepared to defend the tower and keep its supplies flowing.

• Fang Mo shielded Prison Suppressor Capital from the Divine Fire Meteorites, and Li Mingyue rallied the city’s martial artists and residents to channel their strength into his barrier.
• Fang Mo drew on the city’s support to push back the meteorites, then used his God Slaying Saber and the dragon vein beneath the Ancestral Temple ruins to raise a pillar toward the sky-rift.
• Li Mingyue sent the city’s gathered resources to Fang Mo, and Mo Qianshan delivered spirit ore and divine iron that reinforced the pillar into the Heaven-Piercing Tower.
• Fang Mo drove the tower through the sky-rift’s platinum laws and declared that he would climb up to False Heaven.
• Nian Nu'er assigned Old Yan and Iron Bull to guard the tower’s lower levels and Li Mingyue to protect its base and manage supplies as Fang Mo continued upward.
• Fang Mo confronted the enormous eye within the sky-rift and said he had come to take possession of the Nine Heavens.

Fang Mo refined the three Inspector Envoys’ laws into the God Slaying Saber, awakening twelve destructive powers and revealing the Fang Clan Prison Seal on its hilt. The ancient dharma throne emerged in the sky rift and declared that the Old Prison’s gates would open.

• Fang Mo used his five organs as a furnace to refine the three Inspector Envoys’ Law Cores into the God Slaying Saber while his allies held back the Heavenly Law fire.
• The saber absorbed the Heavenly Punishment, registry, and jade seal laws, opening twelve ghost eyes as the Inspector Envoys withered and died.
• Fang Mo used the Record of Punishing Crimes to swallow the last remnants of sin, and the Fang character appeared on the saber’s hilt.
• The giant eye recognized the Fang Clan Prison Seal on the saber, and an ancient dharma throne appeared behind it.
• A voice from the throne declared, “God Slaying returns to Fang; the Old Prison opens its gates.”

Fang Mo learned that the mark on God Slaying came from his own ancient prison seal and received the Mortal Realm’s last World Origin from Wang Youan. Wang Youan remained trapped in Guixu, while Fang Mo set out to form his Dharma Aspect and promised to return for him.

• Wang Youan revealed that the Fang mark on God Slaying was the remnant of Fang Mo’s own prison seal and showed the others his body nailed to a broken bridge in Guixu.
• Wang Youan explained that the Nightwatch Division had trapped him with False Heaven Soul-Suppressing Nails and that he had guarded the World Origin Fang Dashan hid in his lamp.
• Wang Youan gave Fang Mo the World Origin, explaining that it could help him form a Dharma Aspect by connecting him to the New Dynasty, the Heaven-Piercing Tower, and the Mortal Realm.
• Fang Mo tried to draw Wang Youan into Prison Suppressor, but Wang Youan warned that freeing him would open Guixu’s severed passage and let False Heaven through.
• Fang Mo cut down the seven phantom nails sent by the throne of law and promised to return for Wang Youan after forming his Dharma Aspect.
• Wang Youan’s lamp flame faded as he urged Fang Mo to be himself and cut down whoever blocked his path.

Fang Mo absorbed the world's origin and formed the Prison Suppressor true-form Dharma Aspect as the False Heaven Figures attacked the Heaven-Piercing Tower. With the Heavenly Stairway opened, he set out for the Nine Heavens to collect his debt.

• Old Yan kept the Azure Lamp after Wang Youan's voice faded, while Li Mingyue and the people of Prison Suppressor Capital helped seal the Heaven-Piercing Tower.
• Fang Mo absorbed the world's origin into his five viscera divine treasures as Nian Nu'er, Li Mingyue, Old Yan, Iron Bull, and the demon embryo prepared to defend him.
