• Yang Ling uncovered Luo Yu’s Immortal God Cult plot, killed him, arrested cultists in Qingshan City, and sent Li Jun to the Capital.
• Yang Ling took on the Lan Yue investigation and learned that a powerful Martial Market boss had supplied Luo Yu with explosives.
• Yang Ling rescued the Chen family, traded Peiyuan Pills for its 800 Year Fire Ginseng, and killed the scholar and woman responsible for the attack.
• Yang Ling questioned Immortal God Cult members in Tingjiang City, collected names of local followers, and clashed with City Commander Shen Shuyan over the arrests.
• Yang Ling urged the Players to support one another, while Cao Yifei proposed forming a guild.
• Yang Ling consumed the Fire Ginseng, gained Flame Immunity, reached level 50, and began fusing his Golden Treasure Chests.

Yang Ling exposed the Rong Tribe spies in Tingjiang City and baited them into revealing themselves. After Lan Wentao and Ming Xin attacked, Xu Wuji intervened and explained that the Fourth Prince had sent him to open the Blazing Gold mine.

• Yang Ling captured Chen Shuyan, learned he had impersonated Xu Zijing and served the Heavenly Wolf Guard, then uncovered the names and plans of Rong Tribe agents.
• Yang Ling raised his skills and strength, gained Liang Yue’s support, and learned about the guarded Blazing Gold mine in Xiangfeng Prefecture.
• Lu Yunchen arrived with Iron Clothes Constables as Yang Ling presented evidence against Chen Shuyan and set a seven-day trap for the spies.
• Shen Shuyan revived from his coffin, but Lan Wentao and Ming Xin exposed their allegiance and attacked the gathering.
• Yang Ling killed Lan Wentao and joined Lu Yunchen in fighting Ming Xin, using throwing knives and Powerful Crossbows to weaken him.
• Xu Wuji knocked Ming Xin unconscious and told Yang Ling that the Fourth Prince had sent him to open the Blazing Gold mine before the Third Prince’s faction could take it.

Yang Ling reopened the Blazing Gold Mine, killed the Fire Vein Poison Crocodile, and used the mine’s resources to forge new equipment and evolve Little White. He left Zhao Qing’s wager settled and prepared to show Kong Xinghu the crocodile’s corpse.

• Yang Ling gave Zhang Wei charge of the Snake Gang, but a crossbow bolt wounded Zhang Wei, who then became Xu Wuji’s attendant as Little Wei Zi.
• Yang Ling traveled to Xiangfeng Prefecture, recruited Zhou Zheng to oversee the Blazing Gold mine, and learned that the mine held dangerous Earth Vein Fire and a vast supply of ore.
• Yang Ling and Zhou Zheng discovered the Fire Vein Poison Crocodile in the underground passages, and Zhou Zheng upgraded Yang Ling’s flying daggers with Blazing Gold.
• Yang Ling killed the Fire Vein Poison Crocodile with his upgraded daggers and crane-mouth hoe, then asked Zhou Zheng to forge armor from its remains.
• Yang Ling mined Blazing Gold, gained levels, and received Zhao Qing’s Great Evolution Blood Qi Pill after winning their wager over the crocodile.
• Zhou Zheng forged the Fire Crocodile Set and further upgraded Yang Ling’s daggers, while Yang Ling used Blazing Gold to evolve Little White into a horse-sized, dark-gold mantis.
• Kong Xinghu arrived at the mine and challenged Yang Ling, who confirmed the crocodile was dead and offered to show him its corpse.

Yang Ling organized the Blazing Gold mine, conquered the White Bone Cave, and returned to Changhe Prefecture to kill Ming Xin and Flower Explorer Daoist. He resumed mining, equipped his allies with Fire Crocodile Blades, and began selling Blazing Gold to Xu Zegang.

• Yang Ling took sole control of the Blazing Gold mine after Qian Dalong and several sect leaders refused to join, then recruited Players and sect disciples to help mine.
• Yang Ling explored the White Bone Cave alone with Little White, defeated the Bone Demon King, earned an A+ rating, and gained Bronze Wall Iron Barrier and Flame Immunity.
• Yang Ling returned from the instance and explained the White Bone Cave’s dangers and tactics to other Players, while Xu Wuji told him Ming Xin had escaped and killed two Sixth-Rank Iron Clothes.
• Yang Ling returned to Changhe Prefecture, killed Yu Chunxi, and fought Ming Xin while Yun Ruo mobilized the constables, and the surviving Black List fugitives surrendered.
• Yun Buchuan explained how Ming Xin had escaped Capital custody and offered Yang Ling a provincial-capital post, but Yang Ling chose to return to the mine.
• Yang Ling secretly kept most of the ore he mined, received twelve Fire Crocodile Blades from Zhou Zheng, and distributed them among his allies.
