Before the ninth century of the Common Era—during the Age of Great Galactic Exploration, the era when every civilization still had its homeworld—the so-called "righteous armies" had actually been a very broad historical term.

But after the ninth century, in almost all contemporary historical documents, "righteous army" referred to only one concept: a military organization that took Primary Color ideology and ideals as its guiding principles, sought to overthrow class oppression, and establish an egalitarian utopia.

The century following the end of the Machine War—namely, from the ninth century to the first half of the tenth century CE—was the height of the Primary Color movement in the galaxy.

After 850 CE, the Primary Color Commune State, the Cherk People's Front, and the Three Paths Republic were established in succession, and all became full members of the Galactic Civilization Council during the seventies.

They had only one thing in common: all had suffered oppression from the two great civilizational hegemons, all resisted the Empire and the Alliance, and all had been built by "righteous armies."

During the One-Year War, the Katun Dynasty of the Cherk Kingdom was destroyed by the Empire, and the former Cherk Kingdom fell apart.
