After hearing Elder Chan's account, Blood Ancestor exclaimed, "No wonder you let the sky be changed. No wonder so many Half-Ancestors appeared among you. It seems we ought to thank the young fellow who shattered the Upper Three Gates. Without him, we wouldn't have known you were hiding this secret."
"It had nothing to do with him. Even when the Sixth Continent invaded, it never truly entered the New Universe," Elder Chan said.
Blood Ancestor asked, "How many places?"
Elder Chan and the others exchanged another look before answering helplessly, "Ten."
Blood Ancestor nodded. "Fine. The Sixth Continent will take five."
Elder Chan immediately refused. "Of the ten places, the Technology Starfield gets two, the Giant Beast Starfield gets three, and the Human Starfield gets five. Now that the Sixth Continent wants to join, it can have two at most. No more."
"The Giant Beast Starfield and the Technology Starfield have always been at war with the Human Starfield. They get places?" Secret Ancestor asked in surprise.
Elder Chan replied helplessly, "The wars aren't just because of the differences between our species. Another reason is the fight over how the places are distributed. These places belong to the entire Fifth Continent, not just the Human Starfield. However, the Human Starfield takes the lead. I ask the Three Ancestors to understand—we can offer two places at most."
Martial Ancestor roared, "We three are protecting your continent, and you're offering us two places? Do you know who you're talking to?"
Elder Chan raised his head. "This concerns how the benefits of the entire Fifth Continent are distributed. It's not something the seven of us can decide on our own. The Technology Starfield and Giant Beast Starfield also have Half-Ancestors. Do the Three Ancestors want us to turn on one another?"
