Now that the Eastern Frontier Alliance had been forced out of the Outer Universe, he also wanted to do something. But it was the Sixth Continent that was pressuring the Alliance. If he acted now, it would be like cooperating with the Sixth Continent. Given Lu Yin's influence in the Glory Hall, the Sword Sect could easily be accused of colluding with the Sixth Continent.
