"I might know a way to find her soul!"
Deadpool's words filled Li Ang with delight.
He grabbed Deadpool by the shoulders. "Are you sure? Wade, you're not lying to me?"
"When have I ever lied? Besides, we're best friends!"
Deadpool put an arm around Li Ang.
In Deadpool's heart, Li Ang had become a best friend on the same level as Wolverine and Spider-Man.
Of course, being Deadpool's best friend could be dangerous if you weren't tough enough. You tended to die suddenly.
But Li Ang wasn't worried.
Who could be tougher than him?
"So what do we do?"
"Come with me to see her."
"Who?"
Li Ang asked, puzzled.
"Death!"
Li Ang didn't hesitate. He agreed at once.
"No problem."
"This isn't Hela the Death Goddess. I mean Death herself."
Deadpool Wade cautioned him, "If she takes a dislike to you, you'll be stuck in her realm forever."
"I can run away whenever I want," Li Ang said.
"Maybe," Deadpool replied, still uncertain.
Death, like Eternity, was a true Creator Deity, one of the abstract entities of the universe.
She was the embodiment of the end of all life in the universe.
To her, death was a concept.
She was the source of the souls of the living, as well as their creator and controller.
Any soul that couldn't be found was in her realm.
She could manipulate death at will, killing or resurrecting any creature in the multiverse.
Besides, Death in the Marvel Universe was always a bit of a tramp.
So, for Li Ang, going to see Death was dangerous.
Deadpool was different. Death had taken a liking to him.
She only liked his wisecracks, though; it wasn't anything like love.
"Do you know how to find her?"
