Uchiha Kai sat backward on a chair beside him, looking at Morino Kei with utter speechlessness.
"Paperwork? What paperwork? Didn't the Hokage directly appoint you a Chunin? Do you still need to make up the paperwork? Shouldn't you have been registered already?"
