Shui Bing’er and her companions advanced through the Sea God trials while Qian Renxue began her Angel inheritance and Bibi Dong fell deeper under Rakshasa influence. Shen Hanyu then led the group to the Sun Moon Continent, where they uncovered a sealed realm tied to the Death God’s inheritance and Bai Nian’s possible connection to it.

• Shen Hanyu prepared Shui Bing’er for the Sea God trials, while Qian Renxue returned to Spirit Hall, killed Xiao Wu, and began the Angel Nine Trials as Bibi Dong succumbed further to Rakshasa power.
• Shui Bing’er and the girls defeated the Evil Orcas, Seahorse Douluo, Sea Ghost Douluo, Star Sea Douluo, Sea Demoness, and Sea Dragon Douluo as they progressed through their trials.
• Shen Hanyu helped the girls survive Bo Saixi’s Sixth Trial, though Shui Bing’er and Shen Liuyu were badly injured, and Shui Bing’er later drew the Sea God Trident and completed her Seventh Trial.
• Shen Hanyu’s group sailed toward the Sun Moon Continent, where Bai Nian absorbed a Hundred-Thousand-Year Soul Ring and Dugu Yan gained a poison-attribute ring.
• Xu Yuexuan brought the group to Xie Shiyu, whom Shen Hanyu and Dugu Yan cured of fire poison, and Xie Shiyu agreed to help them investigate the empire’s turmoil.
• Gu Yuena led the group into a sealed realm resembling the Evil Demon Forest, where Shen Hanyu defeated and refined powerful Soul Beasts and gave their essence and Soul Bones to his companions.
• Shen Hanyu’s group reached an altar whose stones absorbed Soul Power and blood, and Little Phoenix identified the sealed space as the Death God’s inheritance grounds while Bai Nian showed signs of being drawn to its pillar.

Bai Nian gained the Death God’s inheritance while Shen Hanyu helped Xu Yuexuan seize the Sun Moon Empire and pursued his plans in the Star Dou Great Forest. He brought the transformed Di Qiuer to Spirit City, where Qian Renxue’s trial left her body overtaken by an unfamiliar power.

• Bai Nian completed the Death God’s first trial, while Shen Xinyu took human form and joined Shen Hanyu’s companions.
• Bai Nian began her divine test, and the group traveled to the Evil Demon Forest, where Shen Liuyu gained the Evil Emperor’s Soul Ring and You Mengchu broke through to rank ninety-eight.
• Bibi Dong killed Da Ming and the Thousand Jun Ant Emperor brothers, then faced Di Tian before leaving the Star Dou Great Forest.
• Shen Hanyu and his allies stormed Mingdu, where Xu Yuexuan killed her imperial brother and took the throne of the Sun Moon Empire.
• Shen Hanyu returned to Spirit City, confronted Bibi Dong, and later learned that she had killed the Sky Azure Bull Python before meeting Di Tian in the Star Dou Great Forest.
• The Auspicious Beast chose to help Shen Hanyu, and Gu Yuena later allowed him to take her away after he transformed the Three-Eyed Golden Lion into human form.
• Shen Hanyu named her Di Qiuer and brought her to Spirit City, where Qian Daoliu reported Qian Renxue’s strange transformation after her Angel Secret Realm trial.
• Qian Renxue attacked Shen Hanyu with a longsword, and he shattered it as an unfamiliar power began transforming her body.
