Urashiki Otsutsuki Travels Through Time

As Chiba's voice fell, a black, swirling portal appeared in midair where he was looking.

A man stepped out. He had pale skin, long light-blue hair tied in a high ponytail, no eyebrows, two dots on his forehead, and a pair of Forehead Protector-shaped horns. His eyes were Byakugan, and he held a glowing red fishing rod in his right hand, with a glowing red creel at his waist. A wicked smile played on his lips as he looked down at Otsutsuki Toneri and Chiba like a god above them.

"Someone from the heavens?" Otsutsuki Toneri froze, then quickly realized what he was seeing. His voice grew grave. "He's an Otsutsuki!"

"Why has someone from that clan arrived so soon?"

"Urashiki Otsutsuki?" Chiba was surprised too, but far calmer than Otsutsuki Toneri. He even had the leisure to explain. "That glowing red fishing rod can hook Chakra, and the creel at his waist stores what he catches. With those tools, he can also freeze time."

"He has a blue Six-Tomoe Rinnegan and a red Six-Tomoe Rinnegan that he can switch between. If he swallows his own blue Rinnegan, he can awaken three golden Rinnegan."
