The actors were all first-rate performers from Piltover. Every line was delivered clearly and with feeling, and their coordination with the music and lighting was incredibly precise. By comparison, the Demacian choir's performances felt rather monotonous.
As for Eno... The girl had never seen much of the world, and now she was dazzled by everything, with no time to take it all in.
All in all, both of them had thoroughly enjoyed the play. Even after it ended, as they walked through the streets of the university district, they were still discussing its story.
Then, just at that moment, Lux heard a noise overhead.

Sensing something was wrong, Lux instinctively looked up, but saw nothing.

The next moment, while Lux was still puzzled, a building not far away suddenly... exploded.
A tremendous surge of energy burst out, and the shock wave swept across nearly the entire block.
Lux realized something was wrong at once. She grabbed Eno and pulled her down, shielding her from the shock wave. When the two of them looked toward the explosion again, they both stared in shock.
As the dust settled, the once beautifully decorated laboratory building had become a heap of rubble. A massive crack stretched from the fourth floor all the way down to the street, and a large section of the pavement had been shattered!
Though the explosion had stopped, chunks of stone and debris were still falling from the building, and glass continued to rain down. The structure itself could collapse at any moment.
