As it turned out, kids always had only a three-minute attention span for whatever they did. They were unreliable and had no patience. For example, they'd play with building blocks for five minutes, then lose interest; they'd insist on buying a toy, then toss it aside before even half a day had passed; they'd watch a good TV show for a few minutes, then demand to change the channel, and so on... Especially when it came to a certain lawless, mischievous little girl who thought her great strength meant she could do whatever she wanted.
And now?
Once Kayle, Morgana, and Gandalf's affairs had been settled, the Storm Academy that little Annie had only recently managed to put together—and which still had only a handful of people—as well as the Hyperion, which had served as a transfer station, had both been neatly absorbed into the Bear Shield Bureau, which now spanned the Marvel Universe and the DC Universe!
And so, the important task of traveling to various worlds to capture or beat people up, as well as escorting innocent people who'd been stranded in other worlds back home, had once again been completely dumped on the Bear Shield Bureau.
However, the Storm Academy still existed as a special department. It began recruiting large numbers of members, including people from the Avengers, the X-Men, the Inhumans, the Justice League, the demons of Hell, the angels of the High Heavens, and the mages, warriors, Paladins, Shamans, Druids, and dragons of the world of Azeroth. They would serve in this department, which was dedicated to coordinating matters across the various worlds.
The Bear Shield Bureau, with its many years of experience handling unusual affairs, was clearly far more efficient than a certain little girl who acted on a whim and messed everything up.
