Any Oasis player capable of space travel and in possession of the navigation coordinates could head to Pandora through the Zone 16 portal in the Oasis hub and go on an adventure or vacation. The Fans Alliance guild was developing the place, apparently planning to work with the RDA to turn it into a paradise for adventure and relaxation.
