Annie had only just blended into the crowd and hadn't decided what to do next when Edgy, the shoulder-blade warrior who always seemed to have the latest news, contacted her right away.

Although Annie seemed to have some free time at the moment, she insisted that she'd be busy very soon!
So if that heartless shoulder-blade warrior, that unscrupulous merchant, was trying to trick her into helping him out or joining some ridiculous competition, he could forget about it! She'd come to play in this "Oasis" game, not to spend all her time doing favors for him.

Knowing she probably had free time and was only trying to avoid being bothered, Edgy hurriedly got straight to the main reason he'd contacted her.
