Because some of the useless players in that Summoner's Rift game had surrendered of their own accord and seriously ruined Annie's fun, she had returned to the Oasis hub and started wandering around aimlessly, carrying her teddy bear. She didn't bother disguising herself, and she wasn't afraid of being spotted or followed by her enemies. She simply stomped around the busy, player-filled Oasis safe zone, fuming.

There was no mistaking it. Just looking at her expression was enough to tell that little Annie was very unhappy right now—extremely unhappy!
So as she wandered along, glancing this way and that, she was already wondering whether she should head off to play another instance or go cause trouble for some other players, just to pass her unhappiness on to a few unlucky people.
According to the "conservation of happiness" principle, if she could make some bad guys unhappy, then surely she'd soon start feeling happy herself, right?

That was right. Annie had always been the sort to do whatever she thought of, and now she was racking her brains, trying to decide where to go—or whose day to ruin. Should she head into an open-world instance and mess with someone, like those fan-club members who were always making things difficult for her? Or should she blow up another guild's mining site, maybe the one occupied by that nasty IOI company, and toss a few powerful bombs into their mine?
But...
After thinking it over, Annie gave up on the idea. She'd already done that sort of thing recently, and for now, she didn't feel like asking for trouble while everyone was still on guard. Nor did she want to go into an open-world instance and get mobbed by those nasty people!
