In the days after the Harvest Festival, everyone in the Fairy Tail guild had been keeping an eye on their little girl guild master, eagerly anticipating and wondering what sorts of strange and unusual things their newly appointed guild master, Annie, might do. Would she make changes that affected the guild members' personal interests or the guild's development, for instance?
And yet...
They were disappointed.
They discovered that, in fact, the troublesome little girl had no plans at all. She hadn't made a big fuss about her new position, nor had she added any new rules or introduced new benefits for guild members!
In short, everything had stayed the same?
Mirajane was still the guild master's secretary and the Grand Overseer of internal affairs. After the former guild master, Makarov, had taken a couple of days to rest and relax, he couldn't stand watching any longer and had no choice but to return to work at the guild as usual. He took over the tasks that Mirajane couldn't do and that the little girl couldn't be bothered to do.
Anyway, everyone had realized that aside from the troublesome little girl gaining the honorary title of "official guild master of the Fairy Tail guild," nothing about the guild had changed at all.
That situation left quite a few guild members who had been hoping to watch some drama feeling a little disappointed. At the same time, it came as a huge relief to those who had been worried about the guild's future.
