After many days of repairs and restoration, by noon today, Stormveil Castle's walls, buildings, streets, and everything else had been more or less put back in order.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of the nearly ten thousand residents who had gradually returned to Stormveil after hearing the news, along with the many "Fire-Eyed" Knights and the former soldiers of Godrick's army who had been reorganized, Stormveil Castle had finally shed its former air of desolation and ruin. Its banners now stood tall, and its streets were clean. At last, it looked more or less like a proper great city.
Of course, it only looked a little like a great city on the surface.
After all, no matter what, less than a month was nowhere near enough time to restore it to the height of its glory before Godrick had arrived.
In fact, after the Elden Ring shattered and the Shattering began, the entire Lands Between—including the royal capital, Leyndell—had become little more than a collection of desolate, ruined ashes. The glory of the Dark Age of Technology had long since faded.
