It had been nearly two full hours, and the two Academy glintstone sorcerers—wearing glintstone headpieces that looked rather ridiculous, like a pair of "Big-Headed Sons" from a distance—were still waiting patiently outside the grand library where Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon, was being "held."
They didn't dare open the door and go in to check, and the wards kept them from entering anyway. So, apart from continuing to wait patiently outside, they had no better option.

After waiting a little longer and listening closely, they still heard no unusual sounds from inside—no fighting or clashing, and no voices. At last, the two glintstone sorcerers exchanged helpless looks.

"How do you think they're doing?"
"How would I know?"
"You don't know?"

"Who do you hope is dead?"
"Either one. I've had enough of all this!"
"Would be best if they were both dead?"
As they talked, one of the sorcerers in a glintstone headpiece growled irritably under his breath. The long, uncertain wait seemed to be making him restless and short-tempered.
But getting angry wouldn't help. The people in the library weren't coming out, and they certainly didn't dare go in to investigate. So they had no choice but to keep waiting.
"Oh, right!"
"Have you heard?"
"Lately, someone's been acting in secret. It seems they want to break the seal and bring back the Academy's most brilliant witch ever!"
After several moments of silence, one of them hesitated, then finally worked up the courage to broach a sensitive topic.

"You mean that 'Heresy Witch of the Primal Glintstone,' right? But what are those people thinking?"
"Why bring her back? Didn't enough people die back then?"
That was clearly not a pleasant topic, and the other
