After little Klee planted a fourth "mushroom" in the Teyvat world—this time at Guyun Stone Forest in Liyue—and was "arrested" and "escorted" back to Mondstadt by Acting Grand Master Jean, Lisa, and the others after they raced thousands of miles to catch her, Liyue Harbor finally enjoyed a few months of relative peace.
At the very least, the Liyue Qixing no longer had to worry about some little girl in red blowing newly built warehouses or shipyards to smithereens.
Of course, the little girl in red meant Klee, the backpack-wearing child from Mondstadt. Annie had absolutely nothing to do with it—not even half a Mora!
Annie wouldn't waste her time burning down other people's shipyards or warehouses for fun. She just hung around at the homes of various big sisters, eating and drinking for free. When she had nothing better to do, she'd wander around the wilderness outside Liyue. She had not the slightest interest in explosions or researching explosives.
Anyway!
Over the course of a few months, Liyue Harbor had undergone tremendous changes.
With a massive amount of Mora behind it, Liyue Harbor had not only been repaired in short order, but infrastructure throughout Liyue had also seen tremendous development. Roads, for example, had been widened several times over and paved with sturdy flagstones.
Now, several months later, the main districts of Liyue Harbor, along with its docks, shipyards, and warehouses, had expanded several times over compared to their size before the Guyun Stone Forest incident!
So it was no exaggeration to say that Liyue's GDP had multiplied several times over in just a few short months. Its national strength had also grown enormously, and it was showing signs of becoming the true leader of the Seven Nations in economic terms.
And the reason for all this, of course,
