Since Miss Arora, the security officer, had so rudely claimed the holodeck entertainment room, and nearly everyone on the ship had taken her side, Annie had been left out for a whole day—and then gone without a game for another afternoon. So she'd promptly gotten mad.
For the next few days, she refused to speak to certain people. She didn't care what they were up to, and she didn't even go to the bridge. Not until the Orville reached a destination and docked at a space station, where the crew held a farewell party for a departing crewmember. After she'd stuffed herself with all the delicious snacks, she begrudgingly made up with some of the annoying people aboard.
But after the party, when the Orville set off again, Annie realized that someone seemed to have gotten into trouble before she did—and had been hauled into the office for a lecture by the fearsome First Officer Kelly.
