Even though she'd just eaten a few Pokémon... Hmm, no, she'd just eaten a few wild animals. But when she saw the exquisite, delicious, healthy, and appetizing lunch that the energetic Misty had brought out, Annie naturally didn't hold back. She joined the three of them and dug in.
Then, without treating herself like an outsider in the slightest, she ate every last bit of the food that had been meant to feed all three of them for two whole days, leaving them staring in shock.

Now that she was full again, Annie stuck out her round little belly and sprawled out on the blanket the three of them had spread across the grass. After letting out a burp, she lay there contentedly, not wanting to move a muscle.
Today, she'd accidentally eaten enough for two full meals. She really couldn't eat another bite.
Under the circumstances, if she couldn't have a comfortable nap and sleep until she woke up naturally, she definitely wasn't getting up to do anything! As for her earlier promise to go catch a few Pokémon and become a trainer, she'd grandly postponed that indefinitely.
Of course, she might've just forgotten about it, too.
After all, it wasn't particularly important or urgent. Annie wouldn't mind putting it off for ten days or so.

Looking at the empty picnic basket, then at the mess scattered everywhere and the troublesome little girl who'd flopped down and refused to move, Misty could only exchange a helpless glance with her companions, start cleaning up, and force out a couple of laughs as she teased Annie.
After all, she'd been the one to
