Of course, they weren't ordinary sea lions. They were one of the many kinds of magical beasts in this world—Pokémon. They weren't nearly as docile and adorable as they looked. If they got aggressive, a whole group of white sea lions like this could make any intruder regret trespassing on their territory!
Fortunately, someone familiar to them had come along, so after a brief commotion, the sea lions soon settled down.
