In just three short months, in a world like this one, the end of the world had already come. Especially on the planet's surface, civilization and order had long since vanished without a trace. All that remained were the shattered ruins of cities, burning and filled with screams.

And, of course, there was endless slaughter, terror, and despair!

At that moment, in a luxurious villa community in the western suburbs of the city once known as "Guixu," which had originally been home to a hundred million people, a large indoor stadium deep in the woods—once built for the wealthy residents to exercise in—had become a hellscape crawling with horror and death.

From the outside, the stadium still looked brand-new, but it had been splattered with all kinds of black-brown filth and dried blood, leaving it a revolting mess!

Large patches of the outer walls were covered in blood and the marks of battle. In some places, the rebar and concrete beneath were even exposed. The once mirror-smooth ground was now littered with grime and debris, and the blood had long since dried into patches of dark-red scabs.

Countless mutilated corpses and severed limbs lay scattered across the surrounding ground and among the flowerbeds in full bloom. Some still wore ragged clothes and were rotting away, while others had been reduced to nothing but ghastly white bones. Flies and maggots writhed and feasted on the decomposing corpses and on the clumps of something—innards, or some other kind of remains—that had been scattered everywhere. The rats brought from Earth by humans were no less brazen, scurrying openly between the walkways and piles of corpses. It was a lively scene, in the worst possible way!

Anyone who came near the stadium at a time like this would be enveloped by the nauseating stench
