That was because, with the shadow of the coming war looming over them, the order to evacuate personnel from Canopy Star's main base—the Mine Base—had finally been issued. At the same time, dozens of warships, including the flagship Noxus, had arrived in orbit, so the Terran ships had no choice but to run.

As those ships fled ahead of time, there were also reports that Abaddon and his troops, who had been locked in a bloody battle with the Orks on the surface and had already worked themselves into a frenzy, had retreated into the fortress they had occupied and fortified over the past several days.
