The Warp, to most beings in the physical universe, was a realm of ever-shifting mysteries—or perhaps it would be more accurate to call it a realm of the uncanny.
Here, every rule and common sense of the physical universe was utterly overturned. Time and space lost all meaning, and even words like position and direction became somewhat ridiculous.
For in this ocean, filled with the energy of Chaos and the roars of unknown monsters, everything was so twisted and grotesque, and inspired a terror, madness, and despair that ordinary people could scarcely bear.
No one could accurately describe what the Warp looked like. If one had to describe it through human eyes, then anyone observing the Warp would find that nothing in it had a fixed shape or stable color. Everything was constantly changing, expanding, shrinking, flowing, and distorting.
Those energies, or the strangely shaped "clouds," sometimes seemed to burn in a raging fire, their tides of crimson flames dancing through the void and releasing a suffocating heat; sometimes they seemed to freeze everything solid, their icy chill piercing the marrow and leaving people almost instantly frozen and unable to breathe; and sometimes they seemed like a yoga studio, a peaceful and harmonious dimension?
In short!
In this ever-changing, uncanny space, there was no safe haven for the living beings of the physical universe!
Every moment here was filled with the unknown, change, terror, and danger.
But the Warp's ever-shifting manifestations and its unpredictable tides of energy were not the most terrifying things about it. What was far more terrifying was this: in the depths of the Warp lurked countless horrific entities, eager to devour anyone they could!
