Its body was huge and bulky, like a mobile steel fortress. Its shell was made mostly of thick, hard red metal plates that gleamed coldly in the sunlight. The metal was covered in mottled marks and dents of all sizes, like medals earned in countless battles. Just looking at it was enough to tell you it was not to be trifled with.

Its shape resembled a bamboo weevil from some Earth Plane, but the details spoke of the coldness and brutality of machinery.

For its head was no longer a mouthpart, but a long cannon barrel!

It extended from its head and seemed to be telescoping. A faint blue glow occasionally flickered inside its muzzle, which was at least a meter across. If it hit someone with a shot, they wouldn't even get a chance to make a sound.

Besides the cannon where its mouth should have been, it had two horns on its head that looked like some kind of radar equipment or battering rams.
