Then, almost at the same time, after learning the outcome of the battle, the two human survivor factions, Tian Nan and Iron Nest, rushed nearly three thousand additional personnel to the underground factory in the ruins of Tianfu City, all so they could get the battleship ready as quickly as possible.
Meanwhile, everyone at the Iron Nest base and on Tian Nan's island was mobilized. Except for a tiny handful who were absolutely unwilling to leave, the vast majority began an orderly transfer to the underground factory in the ruins of Tianfu City.
Several days passed. Freedom Gundam patrolled the planet several times and scanned nearly the entire surface. Dozens of hastily assembled satellites were also placed in orbit, yet they still couldn't find any trace of the five Mechanical Clan units that had escaped that day.
No one knew whether they had gone into hiding, fled into space, or gone somewhere else. Whatever the case, it was bad news for the planet and all the human factions on it.
Because it meant the Mechanical Clan would soon learn—or might already have learned—that a battleship and nearly twenty mobile suits had been destroyed on this planet, along with its coordinates!
Unless something unexpected happened, the Mechanical Clan—the superpower of this universe—would soon unleash an even more terrifying and ruthless assault and reprisal. There was no doubt about it.
So, apart from immediately joining forces and speeding up preparations for the battleship, Tian Nan and Iron Nest had little else they could do. They could have Kira's Freedom Gundam and Char's red Sazabi continue patrolling the globe for any
