Because of the crash and impact, the valley's air inevitably filled with the acrid smell of burning metal, mixed with the faint, earthy scent of broken trees and soil.

Their arms, legs, bodies, and heads were covered to varying degrees with metal prosthetics, artificial eyes, and other strange mechanical devices, giving them a distinctly cyberpunk look.
They carried an assortment of oddly shaped weapons that looked to pack a serious punch, closing in on the crash site of the landing craft they had just shot down.
There were a lot of them, perhaps one or two hundred. They formed a loose but determined search formation, advancing step by step with a casual yet menacing gait as they prepared to capture their prey.
As the clacking and rustling of their prosthetics and mechanical parts gradually faded, the armed bandits soon reached a point a hundred meters from the crashed landing craft. They stopped, then fanned out to surround the still-smoking craft in the valley.
