Although the light was poor at night, both Gao Lanlan and Annie recognized that red Demon silhouette at a glance—it was a Bloodletter, a low-ranking Demon of Khorne.
Khorne's Demons were primarily red and brass-colored, and they threw themselves into melee with even greater frenzy, often hacking people down simply for the sake of hacking them down. They also liked shouting things like, "Blood for the Blood God, skulls for the Skull Throne!"
And the Demons in the video had indeed shouted that, so there was no doubt that they served Khorne!
Those Bloodletters were merely low-ranking Demons, the main infantry that made up Demon legions. They possessed basic intelligence and personalities, while also being direct extensions of the Chaos God's will.
But even low-ranking Demons were not something the Greenskin players, who had yet to leave the newbie zone and were not particularly skilled at combat, could challenge.
"The result..."
"Three of the five died. The other two have run back already."
At that point, the video finished playing. Gao Lanlan simply closed its holographic interface and continued her report helplessly:
"They lost three weapons too. Whether they can retrieve them later is another question."
"They're probably cursing up a storm back at the camp right now."
Gao Lanlan could understand that.
After all, anyone who had painstakingly spent twenty thousand contribution points on a weapon, only to lose it less than two days later, would be upset for quite a while.
Fortunately, that place was remote enough. If those Demons did not pick them up, there was still a good chance they could retrieve them.
In fact, the three dead players had already teamed up and were swearing their way back to retrieve their corpses. If they could not recover those weapons and equipment—especially the weapons—they probably would
