"Hmm?"
Σ(⊙?⊙)??
What was going on...?
Annie had been sleeping soundly at Aunt Cat Grant's house, curled up under the covers on the soft, spacious bed. Suddenly, she opened her big green eyes and stared at Tibbers, sitting motionless on the bedside table, with a confused yet slightly annoyed look. After a moment, she thought it over, muttered something incoherently, then slowly closed her eyes again and pulled the covers tight over her adorable little head.
The reason she'd suddenly woken up was that she'd heard an inexplicably annoying noise appear beside her ear:
Bzzzt...
Bzzzzing!!!
The noise was still going...
"I don't care who you are..."
"I'm communicating with you at a frequency of fifty thousand hertz. If you can hear me..."
"Then you definitely aren't from Earth!"
"How does it feel? Isn't it awful?!"
"Hehehe..."
"!!"
"You nasty jerk! You woke me up!!"

A series of annoyed grumbles came from under the covers.
Once she'd been woken up, Annie had instinctively wanted to listen to the strange high-pitched voice and find out what it was saying. It seemed like she wouldn't be able to fall peacefully back asleep and sleep until the sun was high in the sky after all.
She couldn't figure out who was causing trouble, or who dared broadcast high-frequency noise across every channel and disturb Queen Annie's sleep. Didn't that person know that, in her eyes, this was an utterly evil act, a heinous crime that could never be forgiven?!
So,
Even half asleep, Annie was already wondering whether to burn the culprit to death and then beat them up... or beat them up thoroughly first, then burn them?
"Bzzzt..."
"If you don't come face me... the residents of National City will suffer ten times the agony you're feeling
