While the Noxian Empire had fallen into a state of chaos, with the upper echelons of the Trifarix Council nearly wiped out, commands no longer flowing smoothly, decrees failing to reach their destinations, cities large and small harboring their own schemes, the nation reduced to scattered sand, and even the army unsure whom to obey... the Demacia Kingdom, which had still been debating whether to launch a counterattack against the Noxian Empire while it was vulnerable, soon found itself bizarrely plunged into a "magical disaster" even more severe than the chaos afflicting its enemy, Noxus!
Cruel reality forced the Demacians to abandon all their impractical fantasies and focus wholeheartedly on finding some way to reclaim their kingdom's capital from those evil and powerful Magical Creatures.
