Not long after the high-level meeting in the tower of the Jedi Temple ended, the "Second Republic Army"—whose main fighting force consisted of clones and whose generals were Jedi—was finally approved by a narrow margin in a vote by the Galactic Senate, thanks to the joint efforts of Senator Palpatine and the neutral faction he represented, as well as the Jedi Order, the Republic's strongest military and law-enforcement institution. The army was officially established.
Soon,
the first clone army from the planet Kamino arrived at the Galactic Republic's capital, Coruscant. Hundreds of thousands of clones, whose faces were almost identical and differed only in their ages, builds, hairstyles, and other details, were transported there without delay!
Next, under the leadership of generals appointed from among the Jedi, they gradually began taking over some of the security duties on Coruscant that the Hero Federation's marines had previously assumed to maintain order.
Besides the clone army, the Senate also managed to pass a resolution after freezing a considerable portion of the Trade Federation's assets and factories. It began commissioning large quantities of new equipment tailored to the "Second Republic Army," along with the new Republic assault ships, prototypes of which had already been built at the Rossana Heavy Engineering plant.
However, even though this army had been reestablished to counter the increasingly powerful "Grand Republic Army," dominated by the Supreme Chancellor and the Hero Federation, and even though it had a large supply of clone soldiers who did not need to be recruited or trained, the "Second Republic Army" would still be unable to reach any real size or fighting strength for quite some time.

stability on Coruscant and throughout the Galactic Republic would still depend on the "Grand Republic Army," led by the Hero Federation. The battles against the warships
