"Are you questioning my credibility, mongrel?" Sure enough, when the Hero King heard Director Ken's words, he bristled like a cat. Fuming with rage, he glared at the familiar Director Ken had sent over. A golden ripple appeared behind him.
"Looks like, just as that mongrel said earlier, you're not qualified to stand alongside a Heroic Spirit. Even if you become his Master, you'll be completely useless." The Hero King spoke with contempt.
Then a weapon appeared. It looked like a scythe, but there was something subtly different about it. Its shape seemed somewhat twisted.
The Hero King gripped the scythe and hurled it at the familiar.
"Hah." Diarmuid didn't know what the scythe did, but that didn't mean he was going to stand by and do nothing.
"I sincerely apologize, renowned Hero King. Regardless, he is the lord I have chosen to serve. I cannot allow you to insult him like this."
As he spoke, Diarmuid hurled the red spear in his hand.
The red spear struck the scythe, knocking it off in another direction.
