Greenskins were an incredibly fascinating race. At a glance, they looked much like the Orcs from Dungeons & Dragons or Warcraft next door: green skin, humanoid bodies, tusks, thick muscles, and brains that rarely worked before they acted.

Greenskins were the embodiment of savagery. They had short tempers and lived primitively. Their only goal in life was war.

If there were no outside enemies, Greenskins turned their violence on one another.

In their civilization, strength was power.

The weakest member of a group had only to make one wrong move to become someone else's dinner.

Strictly speaking, Greenskins had no homeland. They seized the settlements of other races and claimed them as their own. They liked to remodel the homes they stole in their tribe's style, using timber and scraps of all kinds of materials—often including the bones of their slain victims—to piece together ugly structures.

As a result, Greenskin architecture usually looked strange and crude. From time to time, a powerful Orc warboss would unite the Greenskin Tribes and launch a large-scale assault against the outside world, known as a "Waaagh!"

The name "Waaagh!" came from an imitation of the Greenskins' battle cry.
