In a way, Beastmen were basically uneducated. But Screaming Shamans were among the few Beastmen who were actually learned, and just looking at this particular Screaming Shaman made it obvious that the fellow definitely worshipped that Tzeentch.

As mentioned before, although Beastmen were the sort of people nobody loved, that didn't actually stop them from worshipping the Chaos Four Peddlers.

Generally speaking, Beastmen were more inclined to worship Khorne, who represented slaughter, or Slaanesh, who represented indulgence. Only a few Beastmen with enough brains chose to worship Tzeentch. As for Nurgle... well, that depended on the circumstances.

After all, Nurgle was rather special.
