Before resting, Lin Yun quickly spent his experience points and leveled up.
"D10=4.""D10=9."
Not bad. The results weren't too extreme, so he decided not to waste any Hero Points.
Lin Yun still felt that his HP wasn't safe enough, so he put the Attribute Points he gained at level 12 into Constitution, bringing it to a nice, even number. Then, with the Belt of Ultimate Physique's ability added, his Constitution was now 32.
That brought his HP to 258, which made him a little safer. A cause for celebration.
With the Belt of Ultimate Physique, Lin Yun's current attributes were:
Strength 34, Dexterity 16, Constitution 26, Intelligence 16, Wisdom 18, Charisma 22
Then there was the bloodline ability he gained at level 12. Well, it was really just another extra head, meaning Lin Yun could now transform into a creature with three heads.
That would be enough to scare the life out of anyone.
At level 13, Lin Yun gained an extra Psionic feat, as well as another feat from leveling up normally, for a total of two feats.
For his Psionic feat, Lin Yun chose Weapon Infusion. Normally, he needed a feat called Psionic Weapon to use it.
Fortunately, his symbiote also had a Psionic Weapon ability. As long as Lin Yun added that ability to his symbiote, he could use this feat.
Of course, that didn't mean he could use it whenever he wanted.
Weapon Infusion let him expend a Psionic Focus, then make a melee weapon attack that ignored the target's shield, natural armor, armor, and other "external" defenses, allowing the attack to strike the target directly.
To gain a Psionic Focus, he either had to spend six seconds concentrating or use Transcendent Confidence to enter that state instantly.
As for the other feat, it was the
