With Lin Yun deliberately controlling the timing, he and the Empire's army entered the area around Erbeis Lake at almost exactly the same time.
Seeing the "Stunties" army in the distance, the Greenskins seemed to grow restless.
Lin Yun hovered in the air and took a quick look. After all, the Emperor had personally taken the field.
The army could only be described as exceptionally well equipped.
At the very front were thousands of halberdiers, at least three thousand of them.
Behind them were another three thousand or so crossbowmen and roughly a thousand handgunners. On one flank stood the Bright Order, clad in enchanted armor and carrying weapons bearing the Flaming Enchantment, their appearance as fiery as flames.
On the other flank were the Reiksguard, clad almost entirely in silver-white armor. In a way, the Reiksguard were much like the Order of the Holy Lock Knights.
Although there were only about five hundred Reiksguard, every single one of them was a noble.
And not merely nobles by birth, either. They were powerful nobles with lands of their own, even if their estates weren't necessarily large.
Their armor gleamed, and they were equipped with what could almost be called the finest weapons in the Empire. At a glance, Lin Yun could tell that every Reiksguard was armed to around +4. It was an absolutely terrifying level of equipment.
