With the game's guidance, she could digest another Void Lord Core without side effects—even two more, if she wanted. It would just take more time and resources.
But in her current state, even digesting two more Void Lord Cores wouldn't significantly improve her strength. She'd be lucky to raise her racial potential rating by 0.2, and she probably wouldn't gain any new talents or skills.
