Soft white light flashed, and five slightly weary figures appeared on the dungeon settlement platform in the Adventurer World.
Their armor and equipment showed some damage, but their eyes were filled with anticipation.
"Same as usual. Let's take stock." Team leader Oolong set his heavy shield on the ground with a dull thud.
"Twelve Gale Wolf pelts, in pretty good condition; three Level 4 Spiritual Ores; some Immortal Beans; three Blood-Staunching Herbs, though the quality's average—and oh, right, we got a Blue Lantern coin. That's worth 3,000 Sacrificial Power. The other stuff isn't worth much. Better than nothing, I guess."
The spellcaster known as "Son of Wind," who was responsible for cleaning the battlefield and counting the dungeon rewards, quickly listed their gains. His tone held a trace of complaint, clearly dissatisfied with the earnings this time.
After displaying the rewards one by one, Son of Wind returned all the materials to his space pack and couldn't help grumbling:
"Ugh, minimum rewards again. I'm about to puke from running this lousy dungeon. When are we going to get something good? I don't want much—just give me one Rule Fragment."
Hearing Son of Wind's complaint, the melee player "Undying Madblade," who wielded twin blades, flicked the blood from his weapons and said speechlessly:
"You want a Rule Fragment, and you still say your demands aren't high? Why not just ask the Blue Lantern Clan to open their resource vault and let you pick something yourself?"
"That's not impossible. I'll find a chance to add the Blue Lantern Clan as friends, then message them privately and ask." Son of Wind nodded with a grin, not feeling that there was anything wrong with that at all.
After some joking around, the disappointment over this dungeon's rewards welled up in everyone's hearts
