Farther away, a waterfall poured down from a hundred-meter cliff into a deep pool, where it turned into rising mist.

Under the moonlight, the mist formed a faint rainbow that lingered above the pool.

At the center of the valley lay a naturally formed mirror lake.

Its surface was as smooth as a whetstone, reflecting the stars overhead.

Now and then, a night bird skimmed across the water, tracing a ripple through it and shattering the starlight into countless shimmering points.
