He looked at the boy standing not far away, one hand holding his katana upside down in the blizzard, the other resting the heavy halberd on his shoulder. The boy stood tall, his eyes blazing with battle lust, as if he had no idea what fatigue was. Soichiro let out a slow breath of white mist and tightened his grip on the Black Sink Iron staff.
"President, are you all right?" Isshin lowered the Halberd of Heaven from his shoulder and planted it heavily in the snow with a dull thud.
This vicious-looking halberd was something he had made after advancing to Swordsman and grasping the principles of armed combat.
Since the Trait had clearly indicated that mastering other weapons would also make things much easier, he had no reason not to take advantage of it. Who knew? Maybe he would even gain some new Traits in the future.
Like Weapon Master or Martial Saint, for instance.
Besides, the "Isshin" known as the Sword Saint had displayed a battle style that was never limited to a single weapon. He could pick up any weapon with ease. He used not only swords but spears, too.

This weapon was both a hammer of raw power and an extension of technique, capable of thrusting, slashing, hooking, pecking, smashing, and chopping. It was the weapon best suited to making full use of his powerful physique.
The Halberd of Heaven was made primarily from an ore unique to the Land of Iron called Black Sink Iron.
This ore conducted Chakra only moderately well, but it had two outstanding qualities: immense weight
