For the next two hours, the Screeching Lord used his claws to gesture across the sacred seal, directing Yameier and the others as they laid out a new twelve-pointed star magic array atop it. Throughout the process, Temple Knights from the Church kept rushing over, crying and howling as if their parents had died, fearlessly launching charge after charge against them.
Diogo led his demonic dragons in gleefully eating their fill! By the end, even the insatiably greedy Diogo had started belching from overeating. Sick of the feast, he boredly began playing a game of roasting living people with dragon breath, burning squad after squad of brave, fearless Church warriors into clumps of ash.
"How foolish must one be to shut down the Divine Domain?" Diogo sincerely thanked the Ashir gods who had made that decision. With the Divine Domain sealed off and the Church's gods hiding behind closed doors, the Church's territories had become a playground where they could do whatever they pleased.
Originally, according to the Ashir Divine Clan's arrangements, the gods they had left in the outside world should have been enough to handle any ordinary crisis. But who could have imagined that this pack of monsters from Gods' Revelation would suddenly rise like they had been pumped full of stimulants? And their momentum was so unbelievable—every one of them now possessed strength comparable to a peak High God! It was simply too incredible.
Having eaten their fill and vented to their hearts' content, Diogo tilted his head and looked at Yameier and the others. His eyes gleamed with greedy, sinister ferocity, his eyeballs rolling busily around. The corner of his mouth kept curling upward now and then. Clearly, he was cooking up some little schemes—schemes not particularly favorable to Yameier and the others.
After two hours
